BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – INSIDE SALES

Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle starting from Prospecting till Sales Conversion. 

  • Inside Sales – Lead Generation. 

  • Database Management. 

  • Give directions on different channels to build reliable database. 

  • Set targets to the inside sales team and ensure that the targets are met. 

  • Need to manage and segregate the database according to the sales strategy 

  • Should be able to maintain a clean database based on sales call. 

  • Manage Tele Calling 
     

  1. Should have very good persuasive communication skills in English. 

  1. Need to manage a team of tele callers. 

  1. Should be able to create effective tele calling scripts. 

  1. Should have previous experience in tele calling. 

  1. Would need to meet tele calling targets. 

  1. Need to work on different time zones. 

  • Manage e-Mail Campaigns 
     

  1. Should have very good persuasive written skills in English. 

  1. Need to run regular email campaigns. 

  1. Good knowledge on email marketing tool like YMLP, Mail Chimp etc. 

  1. Good knowledge in analyzing each campaigns. 

  • Sales – Lead Nurturing 
     

  1. Developing value propositions collateral for clients which will aid in sales closure. 

  1. Good knowledge in building a very competitive sales proposals with specific value propositions for clients and leading closure of sales. 

  1. Act as an interface between potential clients and the development team during the sales closure phase and in other phases whereever required. 

  1. Should have met quarterly sales targets of at least USD 100000. 

Desired candidate profile: 

  • A degree in Management from a good business school. 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development. 

  • Good communication abilities; both written and oral in English. 

  • Ability to write proposals/presentations. 

  • Ability to negotiate with key decision makers within the organisation and on the client side. 

  • Proven ability in business development. 

  • Experience in market research. 

  • Ability to develop or manage development of relevant advertising material (marketing collateral). 

  • Experience in marketing strategies including making cold/warm calls to the relevant target audience. 

  • Willingness to work with our client timings as and when required.
